PageLab is operated by Orbyt LLC. This page is for one thing: getting an intimate image of you taken down, fast, whether or not you have a PageLab account. It explains what to send, where to send it, and what we do when it arrives. If you are not sure whether this page applies to you, send it anyway — we would rather read a report that turns out to be something else than miss one that was not.
What this covers
An intimate visual depiction of an identifiable person, published without that person's consent. It covers images and video that are real, and it equally covers ones that are not — a digital forgery, a face swap, or anything generated or altered to look like you is treated exactly the same way. Whether it looks authentic is not the question; whether you consented to it being here is.
It applies to anything a person can post on PageLab: a post, a reply, a profile photo, a cover image, an attachment in a direct message, or an image inside a piece of original writing.
If the person depicted is a child, do not use this page — see Child Safety. Reports of that kind go to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and are handled under a different and stricter process.

Subject line: Intimate image removal request
Put that subject line on it. It is what routes the message to the fastest queue we have, and it is the difference between this being read in hours and being read whenever support mail is next opened.
You do not need a PageLab account, and you do not need to sign up for one to report this. You should not have to join a service to get your own picture off it.
What to include
- A link to each image, or enough for us to find it — the profile it is on, roughly when it appeared, or a description. A link is fastest; a description still works.
- That you are the person depicted, or that you are authorised to act for them. If you are acting for someone else, say who you are to them.
- That it was published without your consent. Say so plainly; you do not need legal wording.
- An email address we can reply to, so we can confirm receipt and tell you when it is done.
We may ask one or two questions to confirm you are the person depicted or are acting for them. That check exists because a removal process anyone can fire at anyone becomes a weapon — it is not there to make this hard, and we keep it as light as we can.
What we do, and how quickly
We remove it within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and sooner where we can. We also make reasonable efforts to find and remove copies of the same image elsewhere on PageLab, so that taking it down in one place does not leave it up in another.
This is one of the very few places on PageLab where we publish a response time. Everywhere else we deliberately do not, because we are a small team and a number we could not keep would be worth nothing. Here the number is not ours to choose: it is a legal minimum, and we state it because we are required to and because you are entitled to know it.
We will confirm we received your request, and tell you when the content is gone. If we need something from you before we can act, we will ask for it rather than leaving the request sitting.
What happens to the account
Posting an intimate image of someone without their consent is a serious breach of our Acceptable Use rules, and it is not treated as an ordinary first offence. Depending on what we find, the account may be suspended or removed outright. Where we are required to preserve material or records in connection with a report, we do — a preservation hold outranks deletion, including deletion requested by the account holder.
If we removed something of yours by mistake
Tell us. Write to support@orbytgames.com and explain what was removed and why you believe it should not have been. We would rather find out we were wrong than have you assume there is nothing to be done.
If we acted against your account, the notice we sent you carries its own appeal link, and that link works without signing in — deliberately, because an account that has been suspended cannot sign in, and an appeal you can only file from inside the thing you have been locked out of is not an appeal. Use the link in that notice; there is no appeal page to visit directly.
This is not the only place to get help
We can remove what is on PageLab. We cannot remove what is elsewhere. If the same image is on other services, these organisations help with exactly that, at no cost:
- StopNCII.org — creates a digital fingerprint of an image on your own device, so participating platforms can block it without you ever sending them the picture.
- Take It Down (takeitdown.ncmec.org) — the equivalent service for images of someone under 18, run by NCMEC.
- Cyber Civil Rights Initiative — a crisis helpline and legal resources for people dealing with this.
Reporting to us does not stop you going to the police, and it does not affect any legal claim you may have. If you want records preserved for a case, say so in your email and we will place a hold.
